That's right- the little guy is not that little after all! Davis has light brown hair and a perfect little round head. He has some bruising from a slightly rough entrance into the world via scheduled c-section for breech positioning. And right now he is staying in the nursery because he is having a little difficulty breathing. A chest x-ray is being done just to be sure his lungs look OK. It is likely just a little extra fluid that still needs to be cleared out. Prayers are much appreciated.
Mom is doing well but feeling a little yuck post c-section. Thankfully, she will be able to get some rest while Davis is being watched in the nursery.
Mom, Dad, Jack and Davis look forward to spending some time alone as a new family of 4 and then will enjoy introducing the new addition to close family in the hospital.
