Special Delivery: Arriving Soon

We were able to peek again via sonogram yesterday, and Baby Griffin is hanging in there. The tiny guy is measuring in at about the 7th percentile for his age, but still looks strong otherwise. Unfortunately, he is still "sitting" in the Frank Breech position, that little stinker.

I will undergo another Non-stress test, sonogram, and Biophysical Profile tomorrow morning to make sure he is good to go over the weekend. If nothing has changed, he will be delivered via c-section Monday afternoon. Praise God; He has carried us through to the 38-week mark!

When he arrives, Jeff and I look forward to spending time alone with the little guy and can't wait to introduce him to his very excited big brother, Jack. We realize this is most likely our last baby and can't wait to cherish every moment as a new family of four.

Please note: My friend Julie has been recruited as a "Momologue" Guest Correspondent, and will update the blog when Baby Boy is finally here. Please check here for stats, pics, and other updates for the first crazy couple of weeks.

I hope I am on Jeff's speed dial for one of the first calls made! I will then call or text the girls, who aren't supposed to have their phones with them, on the way to Super Summer! (shhh) We can't wait to see him when we return on Friday. My prayers are going to be with you in those hours during the surgery and following for the new little nephew!
