Davis was transferred to the NICU for continued respiratory distress. He is being closely monitored and is receiving oxygen flow to his nose to help take some of the work of breathing off of him. He has a feeding tube in his mouth through which he will hopefully start receiving some of mommy's milk soon. Until then, he is receiving nutrition through IV fluids.
Please pray for clearing of the fluid from his lungs, that he will be released from the NICU into mom and dad's care soon, for rest for mom, and for Jack as he stays with friends and family while mom, dad and baby are in the hospital.

I think his mouth looks like Jack's! He's so cute, and what a beautiful shot with you and Jeff. Praying for Davis, I know he'll get very good care in the NICU and he is loved by so many already! Peace and rest to you.
Congratulations on your new addition! How wonderful that he is big and wasn't as little as they expected him to be! He's beautiful! I'm praying for you that he'll be out of the NICU and ready to be completely in your care quickly.
